8. GOHIGHLEVEL / GHL

FREED currently uses GoHighLevel (GHL) to help operate our websites, forms, membership systems, customer records, communications and automations.

Information you provide through FREED forms, account registrations or membership systems may therefore be processed and stored using GoHighLevel's services.

GoHighLevel acts as a service provider to us when processing personal information on our behalf.

9. PAYMENTS AND STRIPE

Payments for FREED products and memberships are currently processed by Stripe.

When you make a payment, your payment information is provided to Stripe for payment processing. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We may receive and retain information about the transaction, such as your name, contact information, the product or membership purchased, payment status, amount paid and transaction details needed to administer your purchase or membership and maintain appropriate financial records.

Stripe processes personal information in accordance with its own privacy practices and applicable data protection requirements.

10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Some of the service providers we use, including GoHighLevel and Stripe, operate internationally. As a result, your personal information may be processed or stored outside the United Kingdom.

Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we take appropriate steps to ensure that the transfer complies with UK data protection law.

Depending on the circumstances, these protections may include UK adequacy regulations or recognised safeguards such as approved contractual arrangements, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses.
